I had a quite comfortable experience here, everything was very clean, the location was unbeatable close enough to places to eat and palais Rohan and a tram stop. The quick check-in process too. Reception was warm...

Some people working there were poor.

Hotel was reasonably priced, good price-value balance as opposed to other options. Perfect bed, stylish bathroom and climate control, coffee and complimentary Wi-Fi in the room. Variety of various drinks, such as gins, cider and champagnes in the bar. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was nice.

Very comfortable stay in the great area. We were greeted by THOUGHTFUL, cool staff. Unique and bright units with a jacuzzi bathroom.

Good value, VERY ATTENTIVE staff and welcoming rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, coffee and iron/ironing board were a nice touch. Efficient check-in & exceptional service. Mixed cider, champagnes and gins in the outdoor bar, reasonably priced parking place.

Room was lovely, nice breakfast, and location was great. Courtyard view was worthy. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Loved dainties at Le Petit Glacier, it was right by the hotel;)))

great location, decent prices. just a walk down to the restaurant maison kammerzell. thanks to a tram stop nearby, all the landmarks in strasbourg were within reach.

15 mins walk from gare de strasbourg. 200 feet away there is La Croix de Savoie. Excellant location, ideal place for a city break.
